Description:
This North Dallas 1960 ranch house needed major updating and received a complete interior remodel for the family room, three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The home now features the homeowners’ own eclectic sense of style inspired by their worldly travels.
In the living room the original low beams were removed, the ceiling was raised and soft cove lighting was added to create a more spacious environment. The room has built-in cabinetry by Custom Wood Products, a river rock fireplace, a larger back door and updated moldings throughout.
The complete bathroom transformation includes numerous modern appointments creating a zen-like spa experience. All the rooms received new lighting fixtures and features hallway pendant lighting to highlight special artwork. Hardwood floors run throughout the home. The old windows on the first floor were replaced with new energy-efficient Anderson Silver Line vinyl windows.
