Description of Project:

This 1980's ranch style home is located on a wooded creek lot. The house was dark with closed spaces and the homeowner desired more open feel. After contacting Capital Improvements to help them solve their design and remodeling challenges we immediately had a vision and solutions to meet the homeowner's desires. Narrow hallways were widened by removing small closets. Hardwood flooring installed throughout. Custom cabinetry, a large granite island and new appliances transform an outdated kitchen into an entertainers dream. The master suite was reconfigured allowing for better flow and function. Ivory Travertine used throughout the master bedroom is highlighted with glass mosaic accents giving a relaxing spa feel the homeowners were hoping to achieve.
